Section E1 Indiana Servant Leadership Conference

Join Arrowmen from all across Indiana and a special guests from across the national at our annual Section E1 Indiana Servant Leadership Conference. For any arrowman who registers before October 12th there will a $10 early bird discount lowering the fee to $45.

This weekend will focus on the skills and attributes of servant leadership. Our program is specifically designed to enhance the leadership skills of our youth and adult members as they serve the fellow members of their lodge as current or future lodge leaders. The weekend format complements both individual Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) as well as more extended format training such as NYLT (for youth) and Wood Badge (for adults). 

Who Should Attend?

Every Arrowman will benefit in some way from attending ISLC. Every Lodge should plan for their current and elected officers to attend as well as any lodge member in good standing who wants to improve their leadership skills"

Housing and Facilities:

All participants will be housed in cabins (heated with bunks/mattresses, adjacent latrine, no shower available) on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a medical need for electricity, please indicate on your registration.

Meals Provided:

• Friday night cracker barrel
• Saturday: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cracker barrel
• Sunday breakfast

• BSA Health Form Parts A&B
• Sleeping bag and pillow
• BSA Field Uniform with sash
• Toiletry items
• Weather appropriate clothing
• Materials to take notes
