Registration Notes:

• The $200 Unit Reservation Deposit, required when making a registration, is non-refundable under all circumstances.  The Unit Reservation Deposit is paid once. $150 of the unit reservation deposit will be allocated to one adult leader's registration.
• The Council reserves the ability to change campsites as needed. 
• All leaders attending summer camp must be registered with Scouting America with a completed background check and Safeguarding Youth training prior to attending camp. Please plan ahead to ensure all leaders are registered.

Financial Assistance:

Finances should never be a reason for a Scout not to attend camp. Crossroads of America Council offers a Campership program to members of the BSA where recipients can be awarded up to 50% of the early summer camp fee.

To be considered for the first round of camperships, applications must be received by the deadline (March 1, 2026). After which eligible camperships are first come first serve until funding is exhausted.
