The participant fee includes a patch, course materials, and handouts. Lunch is provided for those who register by December 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Registrations after this time do not include lunch, so participants will need to bring their own. Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Cub Scout adventure program is open to youth currently registered with a pack. Adults must accompany their Cub Scouts to the event and remain on site for the duration.
