2025 Cub Scouts Fun Day

Cub Fun Days are a one-day camp adventure designed for the whole family! Held over four weekends in September and October, you can choose the date and location that works best. It’s the perfect way for new families to discover Scouting and for current Scouts to dive into hands-on activities—so bring a friend or neighbor and join the fun!
Each Cub Fun Day is unique and may include:
Range and Target Activities
Outdoor Skills
Sports and Games
And much more!
Bonus: The first 30 families to attend will receive a free “Proud Scout Family” yard sign!
Cost: $12 per youth participant. Adults and children age 4 and under are free.
Food: A hot dog, chips, and bottled water lunch is available for purchase for $3—or bring your own.
Things to know before your visit:
Cub Fun Days are primarily outdoor experiences with little or no indoor activities. Please come prepared for the day’s weather and bring a water bottle.
Cub Fun Days are designed for the whole family. Parents are expected to attend with their child, or a Cub Scout Pack must provide leadership. This is not a drop-off event.
Overnight Camping:
Cub Fun Day is not an overnight event and does not include camping. Packs wishing to stay overnight at Camp Belzer may do so using our facility reservation system. Campsite reservations are not available at Gibbs Park, Camp Krietenstein, or Rush County locations.
