Hamilton County Parks and Rec Post

Event Details

The Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department (HCPR) serves the county residents with outdoor passive recreation, nature programs, archeology programs, camps, and serve as leaders in the stewardship of our natural resources. The HCPR post will present on topics based on the learning outcomes of the Explorers. Possible topics include public service, youth programs, land stewardship, forestry, archeology & preservation, landscape management, parks administration, event planning, volunteer management, public relations/social media, and heavy machine operators. The HCPR Exploring Post will use interactive experiences to help Explorers gain clarity in their future career choices and provide opportunities for service and leadership within the club.

 

WHEN:

Meeting Time: 6:30-8pm. Meetings will be scheduled for the 1st Thursday of every month between October and June.
