FEE SCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY

• Beginning July 15, 2018 - A $50 non-refundable reservation fee books your pack's reservation. The $50 reservation fee will be applied towards your next fee payment.
   
• On or before March 1, 2019 - A $50 non-refundable deposit per Scout is due. This deposit will be applied towards the final fees due.
  • On March 1, you must provide a Scout's name and rank for each spot you have reserved. If later, a Scout cannot attend, his/her reservation may be used by another Scout from your pack.
     
• On or before the dates below, the balance of your fees are due. You will qualify for the early, regular or late fee depending on when the balance of the fees are paid. You may pay for some Scouts in your pack at one fee level and others at a different fee level.
  • May 1, 2019 - $155 early fee due
  • May 2 - June 1, 2019 - $180 regular fee due
  • Beginning June 2, 2019 - $195 late fee due
     
• Fees are non-refundable.
