Join Arrowmen from all across Indiana at the annual Section E1 OA Conclave! Sakima Lodge will host us this year at Culver Military Academy.

Come and experience competition activities, great trainings, patch trading, patch auction, great meals, shows, fellowship and so much more! This event is open to all Arrowman in the Section and, at the end of the weekend, youth Arrowmen will have the opportunity to elect the next Section officers.

Lodges will camp together in their assigned camping area. All lodges will be responsible for ensuring that their contingent members are SYT compliant and will adhere to the Guide to Safe Scouting.

**Early Registration Discount is available until March 25th, 2026.  Registration ends on April 3rd, 2026.**

Housing: All participants should plan to bring their own tent. There is also cabin space available for an additional charge of $20, and you must register by the early bird deadline. The cabins have electricty but no heat. If you have a medical need for housing and/or electricity (CPAP, etc), please indicate this on your registration in the "Medical Concerns" field. If beds are available for medical necessity there may be an additional charge. Contact the Section Adviser with any questions.
