Section C-6A Conclave: Back to the Future!

Join Arrowmen from all across Indiana at the annual Section C-6A OA Conclave with this year's theme of: Back to the Future! Takachsin Lodge will host us this year at Camp Buffalo.

Come and experience competition activities, rifle shooting, archery, American Indian Activities, patch trading, patch auction, great meals, shows, fellowship and so much more. This event is open to all Arrowman in the Section and, at the end of the weekend, youth Arrowmen will have the opportunity to elect the next Section officers.

Lodges will camp together in their assigned campsite. All lodges will be responsible for ensuring that their contingent members are YPT compliant and will adhere to the Guide to Safe Scouting.

COVID-19 Notification: All Arrowmen should Be Prepared to follow all guidelines regarding personal protective equipment and procedures due to COVID-19. The Section Leadership Team will work with the Host Lodge/Council and the local health officials in regards to what level of protection needs to be followed, such as masks indoors, outdoors, or both. We will communicate those needs prior to the start of Conclave. Attendants should expect to also follow BSA Model Covid-19 Pre-Event Medical Screening Checklist and have their temperature taken upon entering camp property. In the event that our Conclave is canceled due to the pandemic, your registration fee will be fully refunded.

Housing: All participants should plan to bring their own tent and use one tent per person. At this time, no cabins will be available for housing use. If you have a medical need for electricity, please indicate on your registration.
