2021 LINCOLNWAY KLONDIKE
When: Feb 13th
One Day Event on Saturday
Where: Morsches Park — Columbia City
Cost: $7 Scouts and $5 for Leaders
Includes Patch and Awards
Schedule:
Saturday: 8:00 am to 8:45 am—Check/Registration in 8
9:00 am—Flags & Competition begins
12:00 pm—1:00 pm - Lunch on your own
1:00 pm — Competition resumes
4:00 pm or when competition completes—Awards

Shelter Build
Sled Race

Patrol Spirit Award

Patrol Sled Must Contain: Patrol Flag, 10 feet of rope per scout, Rope for securing load to sled (can be part of the 10’ per Scout), 8 x 10 tarp or larger to secure load to sled, Notebook and Pencil, A Scout Handbook, A gallon of water plus a bottle of water for each patrol member, 16.9 ounces of water (.5 liter), Additional water or liquid for hydration (enough for Patrol), Tinder & kindling for making fire, Fire starter, Flashlight, First Aid kit, Plastic garbage bag, Large blanket, Compass (non-electric), Clipboard or binder, Pocket knife, Minimum of 2 poles 5 -6 ft. long, & Extra Socks, Gloves, or Mittens


As noted above, lunch is on your own and up to each Troop or Patrol. The Pavilion will be available to warm up, but the number of people inside at one time may be regulated due to Covid restrictions.
