Check in is at 7:00-7:30 am central/8:00-8:30 am eastern time @ the Jefferson Student Union
MB classes begin at 7:45c/8:45e, so please check in prior to 7:30c/8:30e to permit travel time from the Student Union to all locations.
Please complete your reservation by Monday, January 15, 2024.

The event is not first come first serve!
Your classes are not secure until your registration is paid in full.
If your registration is not paid and another group registers and pays, you may be dropped from the class if it fills up.
We will provide more information about class locations, lunch, and logistics as we get closer to the event.
We are working with the university to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible.
Please ask the Scout to review the requirements of the merit badge prior to registration, and review any prerequisites to be completed. The University has requested participants take a tour of the campus as a part of our lunch break.
Please wear appropriate attire and proper footwear for walking the campus.
All Scouts participating MUST be registerred in a Troop, WEBELOS Scouts are not permited to register or attend.
We need adult leaders to assist in MB sessions, special rates apply for our first volunteers offering to support the event staff.
