Memebrship Recruitment Trainings

The Buffalo Trace Council is committed to helping our Packs have the best recruitment possible for 2021. We need a large increase of new Scouts to offset the losses during COVID. Listed below are the dates and time for our council membership trainings. We are going to run three in-person trainings one per district and one council virtual training incase you cannot make it to the others. We recommend at least one leader from every unit attend at least one of these trainings. It will help you unit by gaining the best practices and what you need to be ready for to have a successful recruitment night.

Like last year we will have 3 nights of recruitment and your district leadership will help decide what night your unit’s recruitment will take place.  

Topics for the trainings include, how to market your pack, best practices, supplies, and other information that will help provide a successful recruitment night. Please sign up at this link below you can go to whichever training you would like.
