Join us for a fun filled merit badge day at the Fort Branch campus of Vincennes University. You will finish your merit badge, go into a simulated mine, and get hand-on expierence with real mining equipment. 

Mining is not just active in the coal industry, learn about much more including rock mining, non metals, gypsum and much more. 

Our appreciation is also extended to CEDAR; Coal Education Development and Resources for their support in this important event. 

Register today, it is limited to 30 Scouts!   A parent/guardian or registered BSA adult leader must be in attendance as well. 

We have attached a copy of a SAMPLE worksheet to help explain the complexity of the Merit Badge, we strongly recommend the Scout reviews the requirements of the badge prior to signing up.  Do not delay, this is a unique opportunity.
