7:00am - 7:45am: Check-in

8am - 4pm: Program

Event Details:

Purpose: This event is designed to help Scouts earn merit badges.

Prerequisites: Scouts must complete prerequisites prior to attending. Completion of merit badges is not guaranteed, and some merit badges may require follow-up after the event.

Registration Details:

Fee: Youth: $25; Adults (Participants & Chaperones): $15 (Includes Lunch)

Additional Materials Fee: Some classes may have an extra fee.

On March 1, 2026: $35

Out of Council Surcharge for Participants: $10

Classes are not secured until registration is fully paid.

Walk-ins may be accepted for selective sessions with openings, but class availability is not guaranteed.

Registration Deadline: Sunday, March 8, 2026

Important Notes:

Individual Youth Attendance: Youth attending individually MUST have an adult chaperone on site at all times, no exceptions.

Weather: Check Buffalo Trace Council social media for closures/delayed openings due to weather conditions.

Financial Assistance: Limited financial assistance is available. Please reach out for more details.
