Check-in on the back patio. Only one leader from your unit needs to check-in for the Pack to confirm attendance. Sign Out to pick up your event patches.

In the registration you will select a shooting sports group session for each Scout. Each Scout will receive a TICKET for ONE TURN--due to the large attendance, Scouts will not be allowed to shoot more than once at each range. They do not all have to shoot at the same time, but most likely you will want to choose the same session for all Scouts to do archery together, or bb together. Please pay attention during the registration process. If you have a Scout coming earlier or later, simply pick the best time for them. Packs/individuals should check-in upon arrival and are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled shooting sports time.

Shooting sports groups will max out at 75 Scouts and rotate every 45 minutes. All other activities will be unassigned, but will begin and end on the same time schedule as the shooting sports programs. Only REGISTERED SCOUTS are able to participate in activities and crafts.

Parents, this is a great opportunity for you to join in the fun!

Activities will include Model Rockets to build, launch and keep, BB’s, archery, obstacle course, homemade ice cream, campsite visit with S’Mores, games, Science explosions, science demonstrations, and more! 

Scouts must bring their own water bottle.

Please wear a Scout T-shirt or plain T-shirt.

Dress for the weather, we will have the event rain or shine.
