Hoosier Trails Council is proud to celebrate 50 years of adventure at Maumee Scout Reservation. Camping is the highlight of every Scout's year and thousands of youth and leaders have enjoyed their time at this beautiful property. From summer camp to Cub Scout activities to our Order of the Arrow and advanced trainings, our guess is that you have spent time and made memories as a participant or staff member. When you think back on your time in Scouting or if you are enjoying it today, you can agree that this camp is something special and you look forward to walking the trails or standing at the edge of our sparkling Lake Tarzian. We are so grateful for MSR and all the peole who have visited and helped to create this gem in our council. 

We want to create a weekend experience for you to give you an opportunity to share memories, laugh & fellowship; rekindle interest in Maumee Scout Reservation and the life-changing leadership/character development that Scouting offers; you will have some fun!  

Join us for the day or stay for the weekend at this wonderful event!. Please register before July 31, 2022 so we can prepare your meals.

FRIDAY

Weekend participants arrive between 5-9 pm

Camp set-up (campers are responsible for their own tents and camping equipment - MSR does not have tents like back in the early years)

• Dutch Oven Cookoff:  desserts to be enjoyed at the Saturday Cracker Barrel

      EXPLORE NATURE  MARCHANT NATURE CENTER

• Coffee on the porch

     CAMPFIRE 7:30 PM

• Featuring traditional campfire songs, skits
• Camp Director memories

     CRACKER BARREL (after campfire) –

• food, fellowship and perhaps some cards

 SUNDAY

• Breakfast
• Chapel
• Wrap Up - talk about what's next, future of MSR, etc.  
• Break camp - head home
