Registration is OPEN!

In an effort to expand the selection of merit badges for this year, it has taken a bit longer than we had anticipated. While we apologize for the delay in opening up registration, the merit badge fair team is confident that the new merit badges in the list will be cause for some excitement among Scouts. It is our hope that this event will continue to grow in the coming years, offering merit badges that may be rarely found at other events.

The annual White River Trails District Merit Badge Fair will take place on Saturday, April 6^th, at Bedford North Lawrence High School.  The high school is located just two miles east of Bedford off of U.S. Highway 50.  The cost of the event is $7.00 per person and helps to cover the cost of school custodial staff, and an event patch. For an additional $5.00, participants can elect to have lunch (Subway). The box lunch includes sandwich, chips, and a cookie. Bottled water will be provided.

In addition to Boy Scout merit badges and rank advancements, we will be offering a limited number of Webelos adventure pin classes and adult leader training opportunities.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.  NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
