On Saturday, February 28, 2026, Hoosier Trails Council is hosting a Merit Badge Day at the Madison Ivy Tech campus.  The charge for this event is $6 for adults and youth that register for the event by February 14 to cover lunch costs. Late Registrations or Walk-Ins will be charged a $10 fee and are not guaranteed an event patch.  

LUNCH IS PROVIDED, 2 Slices of pizza (Sausage, Pepperoni, or Cheese selected at registration), a bottle of water and a cookie.  There will be a canteen with additional drinks and snacks.

We will have Adult Leader breakout sessions ongoing throughout the day.  Adults do not need to register for classes in advance.

Scouts should be scheduled for a class or helping in Eagle Quest/ merit badge class (please get preapproval).  Scoutmasters, please have the Scouts Blue Cards filled out with their information before you come on Saturday, and with the Scoutmaster’s signature.

Walk-ins and late registrations will be charged a $10 fee, are not guaranteed an event patch, and may not be able to get in preferred classes.
