2026 Trails to Troops

Trails to Troops, program is designed to get your Webelos or Arrow of Light ready to join a Troop!

A whole new world opens up in Scouts BSA, including:

• True leadership opportunities: - Scouts plan their program with adult guidance. - Scouts serve in leadership positions with responsibilities. - Youth Leadership Training is available on a troop and council level.
• Scouts learn to put the Scout Oath and Law into action, including planning and participating in community service projects.
• Eligible for High Adventure experiences, planned on a troop level or those sponsored by the Abraham Lincoln Council, such as:
• Philmont Scout Ranch, New Mexico
• Florida Sea Base, The Keys
• The Summit, West Virginia
• The Northern Tier, Minnesota
• More camping experiences: - More weekend experiences (recommended monthly).
• Week-long summer camp at Camp Bunn in Hettick, IL. Don’t miss out on the next step of the great adventure of Scouting…transition into Scouts, BSA!
