Leave No Trace Trainer Course Abraham Lincoln Council | November 13-15, 2026

Join us for a hands-on, 16-hour Leave No Trace Trainer Course taught by Certified Level 2 LNT Instructors. This course earns you dual recognition as a Leave No Trace Trainer from both Scouting America and the Center for Outdoor Ethics, the nationally recognized standard for minimum-impact outdoor education.

Trainers are equipped to teach LNT principles to Scouts, families, and the public; lead awareness workshops; support outdoor ethics advancement requirements; and serve as a resource for their unit and district.

Ideal for Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters, Venturing advisors, Wood Badge participants, IOLS/BALOO instructors, camp staff, OA members, and any adult leader who spends time in the outdoors.

Schedule (no overnights) Friday, Nov. 14: 6:00-10:00 pm. Saturday, Nov. 15: 9:00 am-5:00 pm (lunch included). Sunday, Nov. 16: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

Fees $175 (includes one-year membership to Leave no Trace / The Center for Outdoor Ethics).
