The $300 is to reserve a site (pays for 2 adult registrations, so the only fees due after the deposit are individual Scout registration fees and any adults above the 2 minimum required)
Have the Scoutmaster and Senior Patrol Leader attend the Summer Camp Program Kickoff in February and receive back the deposit or apply that to additional youth or adult registrations.
