W. D. Boyce Council is putting together a Philmont Contingent Trek for the summer of 2024.  This trek will occur July 7 - 16, 2024, and be comprised of two crews each consisting of 8 youth and 4 adults.  The fee schedule is as follows based on a forecasted $1460 fee paid to Philmont, and an additional $640 in contingent fees. 

• $150 deposit must accompany this application  
• $300 - July 1, 2023                
• $300 - September 1, 2023
• $300 - November 1, 2023
• $300 - January 1, 2024
• $300 - March 1, 2024
• $300 - May 1, 2024
• $150 - July 1, 2024
• Training expenses TBD

Reservations for Philmont 2024 will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of a completed W. D. Boyce Council Philmont 2024 Deposit Form and payment of $150 deposit. 

Contingent adult leaders will be determined from the registrations received upon approval by the Council Camping Committee.

The council will maintain an alternate list of youth, should one of the first 8 youth participants withdraw from the contingent.

Individuals attending Philmont in 2023, in accordance with Philmont Scout Ranch policy, are not eligible to participate in the W. D. Boyce Council Philmont 2024 Contingent.
