Please note that:

• Check-in and Opening take place in the Peoria Riverfront Museum
• Merit Badge sessions are located in:
  • Peoria Riverfront Museum
  • CAT Visitor Center (connected to the museum)
  • Distillery Labs (201 SW Adams, Peoria - a 5 min walk from museum)
  • Greater Peoria Sanitary District ( 2322 S Darst St, Peoria, transportation provided)
  • Mark Hills Middle School (6001 N Frostwood Pkwy, transportation provided)
  • Contemporary Art Center (305 SW Water St, Peoria - a 3 min walk from museum)
  • Peoria Police Department (600 SW Adams, Peoria - a 5 min walk from museum)
  • W. D. Boyce Council Office (614 NE Madison, Peoria, transportation provided)
• Register in the lobby of the Peoria Riverfront Museum then proceed to the Giant Screen Theater in the Riverfront Museum for the Opening.
• Plan to arrive by 12:15 pm to allow for an on-time start
• Free Parking is available in the parking deck under both museums; enter from Water Street; street parking is generally free as well.

After the opening, Scouts and adults attending training / info sessions will find the sign and designee for their session in the lobby of the museum.  The counselor will lead you to your assigned location.  Scouts enrolled in external sessions will travel with the designee to the designated location. 

Class A is preferred

No food or drink is allowed at any event location, but the Peoria Riverfront Museum has a concession stand.  Caterpillar Visitor Center and Museum will allow reusable water bottles for this event.

You can print out your Scout's schedule! In your online registration, look for the Reports tab near the top.  Click on Class Schedule and Print.

After the event, we will update merit badges.  You will then be able to print the blue card information from the Reports on your registration or view your partial blue card.  Partial blue cards can be completed with the MBC from the event or another MBC for that merit badge.

We will not be collecting Medical Forms, but as part of always being prepared, Scouts or units should have Medical forms A&B with them.
