*ScoutingU has launched a new "Range Activity SAFEty" online training.  This new Range Activity SAFEty training equips adult leaders with the knowledge to help support SAFE range and target activities at the unit level for Scouts BSA troops.  While this training is not currently required for for council-led events, we highly recommend that any leaders attending a range activity complete the training.

To access the updated training, log onto my.scouting.org, click the My Training box, Select Scouts BSA, Select Catalog on top and then sort by the most recent or enter “Range Activity SAFEty.”

To print the training certificate: Once you have completed the course, it will take around half an hour for the completion to populate into your my.scouting.org account. Once it appears on the list of your completions, just click it and download the certificate.

For additional information regarding Scouting’s Range and Target Activities, please refer to
the Guide to Safe Scouting and the National Range and Target Activities Manual.
