Campsite Selection: If your unit cannot fill the campsite you select, that campsite is considered open for other units to request. Please expect that another unit may prefer this campsite as well. The Unit Understands and Agrees That:
1- Acceptance of your $250 secures your choice of sessions at camp for the number of Scouts and Leaders you indicate in your initial registration. Please advise the council of changes to those numbers as soon as you are aware of any.
2 - The $250 campsite deposit will count towards the cost of 2 leaders in the amount of $125 each. From now on, there will be no carryover or returned deposit after summer camp. This fee is not refundable or transferable in the event of troop non-attendance.
