Scoutbook Workshop

Is your unit signed up for Scoutbook?
Starting Jan 1, 2019 Scoutbook will be free to all units
Scoutbook is a resource for leaders and parents that allows a Pack, Troop, Crew to:
- Keep a calendar of events and send invites to those events.
- Send communication to your pack or troop via E-mail or Text.
- Track advancement and sync advancement records to the records kept by the Northeast Illinois Council. Parents and Scouts can see their advancement record.
- Parents and Scouts can see their advancement record online and send advancement updates for review.
- Boy Scouts can track Merit Badge Requirements for a counselor to approve later.
- Search for Merit Badge Counselors.
- Track leader training.
Scoutbook Workshop Sessions
We will have FREE workshops on January 12, March 9 and April 13 (this sign up page) at the Kasperson Center for Scouting. Choose the session that works best for you. Bring your Laptop with you and we will work with you, to set up your Scoutbook account. Registration is recommended. Sessions will run from 9 am to 11 am.
Scoutbook Training Sessions
We will have 2 sessions at our volunteer Training Day on February 16, one session for novices and a second one for more advanced users. If you are new to Scoutbook or want to know more about it, this will be the place to be. Registration is recommended.
