The Powder Horn course is designed to help Venturing and Boy Scout leaders safely conduct fun and challenging high adventure outdoor activities. This course will introduce you to expert resources from NEIC that help you successfully lead Venturing Scouts and Boy Scouts through a program of outdoor adventure. Participants will get hands-en experience in a variety of outdoor program areas. However, Powder Horn is a resource course, not a skill certification course.
