The Winter Council of Chiefs (WCOC) will be held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells, WI beginning on Saturday January 28, 2022 at 10:00 am. – Kalahari Resort & Convention Center, 1305 Kalahari Drive Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965

Purpose:
First and foremost, to facilitate inter-lodge communication, idea sharing, to update lodges on new National Order of the Arrow programs, and planning for this year’s Section Conclave to be held later in April. One of the most beneficial elements the Council of Chiefs can offer is a fun, interactive environment where Arrowmen can build friendships and hang out with like minded individuals and exchange resources. For these reasons, and after consulting the key lodge leadership, we have decided to hold the Council of Chiefs at Kalahari Resort to help us fulfill this purpose

Arrival & Departure Time:
The Council of Chiefs starts promptly at 10:00 am. Please arrive between 9:30 am and 9:45 am. This Council of Chiefs will end between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, but no later than 5:00 pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022

NEW - 3% ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE. It has been decided that anyone who pays their fees online (beginning January 1, 2022) will also pay the 3% processing fee for online payments. Choose the Mail-in Payment Option (it looks like an envelope) to avoid these fees. It shuts off 15 days before the event so make sure to complete your online registration before that date. 

*MAIL-IN PAYMENT OPTION: You can either mail/bring a check to the council office (make payable to): Northeast Illinois Council B.S.A., 850 Forest Edge Drive, Vernon Hills, IL  60061, or NEIC Units can have an authorized user approve payment from their Scout Store Account. It is their responsibility to ensure there is enough in the account.  Send detailed information for either payment type.  Please make sure we receive the payment before the early discount deadline ends, or you'll be paying more per participant than if you'd paid the fees online. The Lodge will be heading to the event on Saturday morning, a location and departure time will be set as the date of the event get closer.

***NOTE***

If you sign up after 12/23 you will only be able to sign up to attend the event and not for one of the block room bookings. - You can of course book your own room if you wish.  Also, If you sign up to attend the day only you should expect to make your own way there and back.
