OA Lodge Leadership Development (LLD) 2025

Lodge Leadership Development
Learn to Lead and have fun! Open to Order of the Arrow Members and non-member Troop Youth Leaders!
What is Lodge Leadership Development?
Abrreviated as LLD, Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Lodge provides a day of training to be a better leader and an evening and night of fun. The training includes sessions for all of the following Scouting groups.
- Youth Order of the Arrow members who want to develop additional understanding about leading in the Order of the Arrow
- Troop youth leaders who want to gain more leadership skills even if they are not a member of the Order of the Arrow yet. (Note: a special break-out session may occur for non-members if OA-specific material is covered.)
- Adult Order of the Arrow members will have break-out sessions to understand the role of adults in the OA and how to coach youth. Many of these skills also apply to working with youth in Troops, and non-member adults are welcome at this event.
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS COUNCIL UNITS: Use the Autofill button next to each participant spot to add names. If a name is not listed, use the Update Information button instead.
