East Camp Registration Guidelines
Unit Registrations
Each unit may reserve one registration per week for East Camp. All registrations must be submitted by the designated Summer Camp Coordinator for your unit. If a Scout is interested in attending, please reach out to your unit's coordinator directly.

Additional Unit Contacts
Up to two additional Unit Email Addresses may be added under the “Registration Contact” section. These contacts will receive important system-generated emails but will not have access to the registration itself.

Registration Phases
Unit Commitment Phase

• Begins at registration launch
• Requires a $350 non-refundable, non-transferable Unit Commitment Fee
• Only basic information is needed: Registration Contact and the estimated number of participants. You can also list campsite preferences. 
• The fee can be paid at checkout with an electronic check or credit card, or you can select the “mail-in/pay later” option on the last page of checkout.

Regular Registration Phase (Begins January 1)

• Anyone completing a NEW registration beginning January 1 must include participant names and other required information for each participant before the system will allow you to complete it.  After completing the registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your registration-specific "access registration" link.  Use it to add participants or make changes.
• Units that completed the Unit Commitment registration by December 31 will use their registration's access link when they are prepared to register specific scouts and adults. IMPORTANT: Only confirm the number of participants you are ready to register the first time. Then, enter their information. They are officially registered.
• When adding participants to your registrations, please complete the checkout process fully each time, or they will not be registered. They will only be "partially booked". 

Campsite Preferences & Fees

• Up to three campsite preferences can be submitted in the Registration Contact section
• Campsite assignments will be finalized after the early registration fee deadline
• Additional sites may be added based on the total registered and paid participants
• A $100 campsite fee per site will be added to your registration once your campsite is assigned on the Registration Contact tab (late next Spring)
• This fee may be covered by your initial Unit Commitment Fee or paid separately if you use the $350 for participant fees (2 adults, for instance).
• You will receive an email notification once your campsite assignment is finalized and the fee has been applied
