September 9, 2026: This required Patrol Formation Meeting is from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kasperson Center for Scouting in Vernon Hills. Make sure to register for the outdoor weekend before attending.

September 18–20, 2026: Camp Crown's "Outdoor" component is for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters. Once you complete this and the online or classroom SM/ASM-specific course, you will fulfill the training requirements for your position.

Safeguarding Youth Training required: Please provide your SYT completion date, and make sure your training is current (not expired) by the time of the event.

A 3% processing fee applies to all online credit card payments. A 0.5% processing fee applies to all online e-check payments. Checks mailed or delivered to 850 Forest Edge Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, are not subject to a processing fee. Please include your registration number on the check’s memo line.
