TWO REQUIRED DATES TO COMPLETE TRAINING. Registration for the Patrol Formation Meeting also registers you for the outdoor component at Camp Crown.

• September 9, 2026:  This required Patrol Formation Meeting is from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kasperson Center for Scouting in Vernon Hills. Make sure to register for the outdoor weekend before attending.
• September 18-20, 2026: Camp Crown's "Outdoor" component is for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters.  Once you complete this and the online or classroom SM/ASM-specific course, you will fulfill the training requirements for your position.

Safeguarding Youth Training Required:  All Adult Participants must provide their Safeguarding Youth Training Completion Date, and must be "current" (cannot be expired) at the time of the event.

*A 3% Processing Fee will be assessed for all online Credit Card payments. **A 0.5% Processing Fee will be assessed for all online e-Check payments. *** Checks sent or brought to 850 Forest Edge Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, will not be assessed this Processing Fee. Make sure the Memo line mentions your registration number.
