Boo Camp 2024

Event Details
Join us on October 19 for Cub Scout Boo Camp!

You won't want to miss our annual Halloween Event! Join us this year for Boo Camp! It is open to all Cub Scouts and their families.

Boo Camp mixes Halloween fun with Scouting adventure.  Cub Scouts and their families, Dens, or Packs can enjoy a tractor hayride, climb, cross a rope bridge, play fun games, shoot archery or BB guns, and much more.  All of these activities are included with your registration! Boo Camp is also a great opportunity to get information on upcoming events, meet other Packs and Scouts BSA Troops, and simply enjoy time outdoors!
Update: The weather is forecasted to be wonderful on Saturday. Low 70s and Sunny!

Adult Supervision: Boo Camp is not a drop-off program. Youth must be supervised by a parent or adult leader at all times.  Parents are encouraged to attend with their children. As per BSA rules, Lions (Kindergartners) and Tigers (First Graders) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Pack or Dens that are attending Boo Camp together as a group should ensure they have adequate leadership to supervise their Scouts (we recommend at minimum a 1:4 ratio of adults to youth).

Required Forms - Go to Attachments:

  • Annual Health Form, Parts A and B - Download and complete, then print and bring the "All Scouting Events" form to the event.
  • Non-Scout Activity Consent Form - Have this form completed by the parents of all participating Non-Scout Youth.

2024 Boo Camp T-Shirt: An optional Boo Camp Shirt is available from Youth Small to 5-XLarge ($12-$20). Complete your registration and order your t-shirt today while they're still available! Pre-ordering t-shirts turns off on October 3, 11:59 PM so if you want one, you'll need to complete your online registration and make your size choices by then. A limited number of sizes may be available for purchase at the event.

Cost: There is a $10 Additional fee for all Out-of-Council Participants, except Parents/Adult Leaders.

  • $20 - Cub Scouts
  • $20 - Siblings/Non-Scout Youth 5 Years or Older
  • $10 - Siblings/Non-Scout Youth 3 and 4 Years Old
  • $0 - Siblings/Non-Scout Youth Under 3 Years Old

Accessible parking will be available at Camp Crown. During your registration, please indicate if you require a placard.

Clothing:  All guests are encouraged to come in their best family-friendly Halloween costume, a pack t-shirt/sweatshirt, or whatever family-friendly attire you want! Please be considerate of others when choosing the theme, and do not bring toy weapons of any kind to camp. Be sure to dress according to the weather (check the forecast for Trevor, WI). Boo Camp temps have been everywhere between the 30's and 80's over the previous years.
