The Quiver Fest Team invites all Scouts BSA and Crew Members to join us for the Archery Merit Badge Class.

DATE:  AUGUST 14, 2021

LOCATION: Camp Oakarro, 40635 Mill Creek Rd, Wadsworth, Illinois 60084

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

• As per NEIC group size restrictions, this class will be open to scouts only.
• Since this is outside and the Scouts will be a safe distance from each other, masks are not required.
• Each session will be limited to 10 Scouts who will be divided into groups to work on each section of the merit badge.
• Parents are asked to please wait outside so we can offer more classroom spots for the scouts.

ARCHERY MERIT BADGE:  Scouts will have the opportunity to complete the entire merit badge and every effort will be made to assist the scout with the shooting portion.  However, due to skill level, additional shooting time may need to be scheduled for completion.

This course will teach the entire Archery Merit Badge.  It is not intended for scouts who need to work on partials to complete it.  Contact Lozano for more information.  

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 15 minutes before your session time to ensure that the event runs smoothly.

DEPARTURE TIME: Please leave the archery area and building within 10 minutes of your session's ending time.

HOW TO REGISTER:  On the right side of this page, please select one of the three sessions listed.

COST​ - $15 per Scout

SESSIONS - Maximum of 10 Scout per Session

• 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM
• 10:30 AM - 1:0 AM
• 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS

• Blue Card signed by their Scoutmaster
• Archery Merit Badge Worksheet and a writing utensil
• Snack and drinks, there will be no food or drinks offered onsite
• Face mask must be worn at all times except while shooting (should be removed for their safety)
