Akela Camp @ MSR

Event Details

Attention all Cub Scout Packs and Families!

Akela Camp is Back in Action at Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan’s Scout Reservation in 2021 and is now open to Cub Scouts who are Wolf Scouts and up (grades 2-5), and Den Chiefs!  Join us as we explore the Wide World of Sports at an overnight camp nestled in the Northwoods.

Akela Camp is held at Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Scout Reservation in Pearson, Wisconsin where Cubs get to experience an immersive Scouting program, from swimming and boating at the waterfront to hiking, leatherworking, shooting, and sleeping in beautiful East Camp.  Your Cub Scouts will have access to the full resources of a world-class Scouts BSA camp.  Sign up today!

Attending as a Den is strongly encouraged, but not required. For Webelos, attending as a Den is a great way to provide an exciting finish to their time together in Cub Scouts.  Your Den Chief is invited to attend as well.

BSA Health Form: See Attachments for the link to the National BSA website for the most current form.  Choose the one for AllScouting Events since only Part A and B are needed for Akela Camp (The physical, Part C, is not needed).

PPE Surcharge:  To ensure we are well equipped for COVID-19 in 2021, we have added a $15 PPE Surcharge that must be selected when you register each participant.
