DESCRIPTION:

It is an exciting day of fun and advancement with your Webelos friends in a classroom setting.
This is a chance to earn Adventure Pins for the Webelos rank. This is your chance to level up!   Build Things, Learn Things, EARN PINS!
 

DATE: January 11, 2026 (SUNDAY)

LOCATION:  Lake Villa Township Center, 37850 N IL Route 59, Lake Villa, IL 60046

SCHEDULE - ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES ON JANUARY 4, 2026 (11:59 pm)

• 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM --  Check-In
• 8:00 AM - 9:50 AM --  Session #1
• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM -- Session #2
• 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM --  Lunch (bring your own lunch)
• 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM --  Session #3 

NO LUNCH IS PROVIDED---Please pack a sack lunch.  

EVENT COST - Choose 1, 2, or 3 classes for the same cost ($20 or $30).

• $20 - For registrations completed and paid in full by December 26, 2025 (11:59 PM)
• $30  - For registrations completed starting December 27, 2025

Adventure Pins will be taught in a classroom setting

• Yo-Yo - $8 - Additional Fee added to registration fee
• Modular Design - Building Block Activities
• Earth Rocks!

Adventure pins WILL NOT be awarded at the event. A form showing finished requirements will be provided to each scout.

THIS IS A VOLUNTEER-RUN EVENT
Each Pack sending a Webelos Den should also send a volunteer who can help for the day
