Come and learn the thru various Merit Badge offerings at the Bartlett Nature Center! Come explore our opportunities for fun and advancement thru age appropriate events.

Boy Scout Merit Badges are listed below.  Bring your Blue Cards and you can use the most current worksheets for the badge you are taking.

   Boy Scout Archery: Saturday, Sept. 8th, 15th, 22nd, 2018 

   Must attend all 3 classes and demonstrate proficiency to earn the badge. 

   Time: 11: 00 am - 12:30 pm  Fee: $80.00 (Fee covers all 3 dates)

   Registration closes August 31st, 2018

  Nature Merit Badge:  Saturday, Sept. 8th, 2018 from 9 - 12 noon

  Fee:  $ 25.00

  Bring your interest in Nature to class....We are stewards of the Earth!

 Birds Merit Badge: Saturday, Sept. 8th, 2018  9 - 12 noon  Fee: $ 25.00

 Come and achieve your Birds Merit Badge with us!  You will have pre-requisites to complete; "observe 20 species category and A,B,C and D completed to come to this class. We will be complete the remaining requirements.

 Insects: Saturday, Sept. 8th, 2018  9 - 12 noon    Fee: $ 25.00 

 Come achieve your Insect Merit Badge: You will have prerequisites to complete; Observe the 20 different live species and bring your complete scrapbook to this class to earn the badge.

Overnight Opportunity:

    Overnight In The Museum      

    For All Boy Scouts:       

   January 11th - 12th, 2019   Fri. Night 7:00 PM to Saturday 7:00 AM  

Fees: $ 45.00 Scouts and $15.00 Adults  

Overnight in the Museum: Bring your sleeping bag, flashlight, and hiking gear!  Spend the night in the Museum, go for a hike at night, roast marshmallows, make S'mores then choose Amphibians/Reptiles or Mammal Studies Merit Badge to earn!  Sign up requires you choose which Merit Badge you are going to work on !   Prices include Pizza dinner on Friday and a continental Breakfast.
