Due to record breaking numbers, registration for this event will close on Wednesday at 12 NOON. CubOree is at Maximum capacity.

• Who: Cub Scout Packs (Activities will be for Cub Scout age youth per the guide to Safe Scouting)
• WHEN: Friday, September 18-20, 2026 (6PM+ arrrival on Friday, to NOON on Sunday) Come for the entire weekend & stay 1-2 nights, or be a DAY Visitor on Saturday!
• WHERE: Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Rd, Elgin, Illinois 
• COST: $20/person (youth or adult)

BigTimber100 CubOree: 100 Years of Adventure!

• Registration - Register as an individual or as a Unit. We’ll group your Unit together either way!
• A Weekend at Camp — Stay one or two nights, or come for the day on Saturday.
• Adventure & Activities — Classic Cub Scout favorites plus some new activities created especially for BigTimber100.
• Step Into History — Explore the Camp Big Timber Museum filled with photos, stories, and memorabilia from 100 years of camping.
• Celebrate 100 Years! — Join the Grand Opening, birthday cake celebration, and festivities honoring a century of Camp Big Timber.
• A Campfire to Remember — Enjoy a special campfire celebrating both 100 years of Big Timber and 250 years of America.
• Bring Your Talent — Each Unit is invited to share a song or skit around the campfire.
• Meet New Friends — Connect with Cub Scouts and families from Packs across the council.
• Take Home the Memories — Commemorative BigTimber100 T-shirts are available for $20 order by 8/28.
• Pack It or Pre-Order It — Cook with your Pack or pre-order a $6 Saturday lunch (Hot Dog or Grilled Cheese).
• Be Part of History — Help celebrate Camp Big Timber’s first 100 years—and be part of the next 100!

•  Saturday: Help run an activity
• Even just a few hours makes a BIG difference!
• Or Come back the following weekend and help at the Camporee and get a peek into Scouts BSA Units.
