2025 Wood Badge
What is Wood Badge?
Wood Badge is the premier adult training program of the Boy Scouts of America. It teaches contemporary leadership and team development skills in an outdoor setting. Its purpose is to aid Scouters in providing a quality program that will enable Scouts to grow to their greatest potential. The course encompasses key concepts of management skills, from leaders in the management field; therefore, this course can be helpful not only in your Scouting role, but also in your career, personal and religious life.

To be eligible to participate in Wood Badge, you must:
- Be registered members of the Boy Scouts of America. (Youth 18 and older may attend as long as the appropriate Youth Protection guidelines are followed. They do not need to be registered in an adult leadership role.)
- Have completed the leader specific training courses for your Scouting position.
- Be capable of functioning safely in an outdoor environment. All participants are required to complete the Annual Health and Medical Record form.

- August 3, 2025 Participant Orientation
- August 22-24, 2025 Weekend #1
- September 20-21, 2025 Weekend #2
Course size is limited to 48 participants, SIGN UP EARLY! You can reserve your space in this course by filling out the online application and submitting a non-refundable deposit of $75.
All fees must be paid in full by July 1, 2025.
Cost: Course fee is $325.00
Early Bird Fee is $300.00 if registered and paid in full by April 1, 2025.
