Big Timber Outdoor Academy

The Three Fires Council has partnered with Elgin School District U-46 to provide an exciting enrichment summer program for District U-46 students. The Big Timber Outdoor Academy will be held at Camp Big Timber located in Elgin.  Youth will participate in an outdoor education with experiential learning program which include crafts, STEM activities, team building, sports, fitness, games and more in this fun and safe summer camp atmosphere.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a currently enrolled for the 2023-2024 school year as District U-46 student
• Student must be entering 1st - 6th grade. No incoming Kindergarten students will be eligble to apply

Additional Program Information:

• Registration is for the full nine weeks of program from June 5- August 3.
• Full day program is Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm; Half day program is Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-5:00pm
• Lunch and snack will be provided
• Be prepared for the weather. Classes are held outdoors RAIN of SHINE!
