Instructions: You are able to sign up for multiple nights throughout October.  After registering you will be prompted to "Add Additional Sessions". This is where you can sign up for additional nights. 

Many positions available. What should you know prior to signing up?  Terror in the Timbers is being run by a professional company.  They are looking for volunteers who will preform their job each night for a 6 hour shift and have a level of professionalism that shows dedication and detail in the tasks that they perform. Bring a friend and learn from the pros. Volunteers do not have to be registered in Scouting, just willing to learn.

Job Descriptions for Terror in The Timbers:
Volunteers need to be 16 or older to sign up to volunteer at Terror in the Timbers
Volunteer Actors must at least 16 years of age

Ticket Scanners - Four people are needed each night to scan paper and electronic tickets using an app-based scanner. 
5:30pm - 12:15

Traffic Flow - Up to 8 people to make sure the queue line of cars supports up to 900 cars per evening
5:30pm - 12:15

Volunteer Actors - Up to 8 actors ranging from silent to vocal. Most will have some physical movement and specific costumes
5:00pm - 12:15 

Crank Ghost Help - Two people each night to work the ropes/pullies that power the crank ghosts. This job requires physical strength
5:30pm - 12:15

Nightly Haunt Manager Assistants - Two people to assist haunt manager with turning on lights/electric for each scene
5:00pm - 12:15

Costume and Mask - Eight people to work with costume/prop manager to help with preparing and repairing costumes and masks for scare scenes
4:30pm - 8:00

Food Service - Four people to assist in preparing and serving food for actors and volunteers
4:30pm - 8:00
 

Trick or Treat (October 25th only):
Scene Volunteers need to be 12 or older to sign up to volunteer at Trick or Treating
Traffic Flow Volunteers must be 16 or older to sign up to volunteer at Trick or Treating

Scene Volunteers - 26 Scene volunteers needed to hand out candy for drive through trick or treat
2:30pm - 5:30

Traffic Flow - Up to 4 people to make sure the queue line of cars flows smoothly
