Make your sales soar! Register for a table on the Vendor Midway at Three Fires Council's Training Academy to talk with Scouters face-to-face and remind them of your business in the future with an ad in our popular Vendor Midway Catalog.
At your table, display your business information, merchandise, services, and programs that are resources for the 3,000+ adult leaders / volunteers of the Three Fires Council. Be sure to bring plenty of brochures and business cards!
In your ad, continue to educate our leaders about your business, merchandise, products, and programs. Check out last year's catalog.
Don't have an ad? Our Midway team can help! Simply let us know and submit your business contact information, photo(s), and the message you want to share. We'll design a unique ad for you - please give us an extra week or so of lead time before advertising closing on October 15th to accommodate your needs.
In exchange for your participation, we'll help you stay in front of prospects and potential customers by distributing the Midway Vendor Catalog:
- in print to ALL Training Academy attendees on November 13th. (Close to 500 Scouters attended this live event in 2021).
- electronically to ALL Three Fires Council leaders in the December issue of The Flame, Three Fires Council's monthly leader newsletter.

Want EVEN MORE exposure? Donate a raffle prize or gift certificate to your business for our door prize raffle at the Closing Ceremony. Companies that make a raffle donation will have their logos included: in the Opening Ceremony, on a thank-you page in the front of the Midway Vendor Catalog, and in several of our pre-event social media advertising posts.

Table Reservation Includes:
- 1 - 6' table
- 2 folding chairs
- Extra tables and chairs are available upon request
- Electricity is available upon request
- A box lunch may be purchased for $10. Choice of: turkey on whole wheat, roast beef
& aged cheddar on crisp country loaf, or veggie (lettuce, carrots, tomato, green
peppers, cucumber, black olives, & Provolone cheese) on soft tortilla wrap. Comes
with whole fruit, chips, and cookie. Please note: if you are also attending /
registering for Training Academy Classes, do not purchase lunch in this
registration. Please do so for your Training Academy registration.
Vendor Midway Catalog Details and Ad Requirements:
- Catalog format: Printed / Electronic (.PDF File)
- Catalog size: 8.5" x 11"
- Ad layout: All ads are full color and should not contain bleeds.
- Ad format: Submit ad as a .png, .eps, .pdf, or .jpg file only.
- Full page ads should be no larger than 7.5" x 10.0"
- Half page ads are horizontal only and should be no larger than 7.5" x 5.0"
- Submission deadline: October 15, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
