Lowaneu Allanque Lodge 41 Brotherhood Bash

If you have completed your Ordeal in 2024 or before, seal your membership and come to the Brotherhood Bash. Current Ordeal, Brotherhood & Vigil members are also invited to participate in the fellowship and welcome our newest Brotherhood members!

When: Saturday, August 16, 2025

Time: 3 pm – 9:30pm

Location: The Lodge at Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Rd., Elgin IL

Cost: Brotherhood Conversion Candidates - $40 (Includes Brotherhood sash, dinner, fellowship delicacies) Conversion candidates MUST pay their 2025 dues to convert. Dues are $20 in addition to the conversion.

Cost: Fellowship Party People (Current Brotherhood and Vigil Members & Ordeal Members not converting) - $10 (Includes dinner, fellowship delicacies. Brotherhood and Vigil members are welcome to attend.) Polaris Event Pass Members will be able to waive their $10 fee.

If you purchased a Polaris Event Pass, this event is included in your 2025 Polaris Pass, so there is no charge, however you still need to register. When registering as a Polaris Pass member, there will be a spot in the participant details to indicate that, which will take care of your $10 fee.

• 3:30 – Brotherhood Conversion Seminar
• 5:15 - Brotherhood Letter Composing
• 5:30 – Dinner – Prepared by our own world-famous Lodge 41 M.A.S.K. Team
• 6:00 – Brotherhood Walk
• 6:30 – Brotherhood Ceremony
• 8:00 – Fellowship Bash!

Lowaneu Allanque Lodge wants to make sure that all members can participate in a safe manner.  The Brotherhood Conversion Seminar and dinner will be in the lodge and is easily accessible for any that may have mobility concerns.  The Brotherhood Walk and Ceremony will take place on the grounds of Camp Big Timber.  Accommodations can be made for any with difficulties in traveling through the Walk or to the ceremony site.  Please note any dietary restrictions on your registration and we will try our best to make any needed accommodations.

Please have a PRINTED COPY of your BSA Health Form A/B to turn in at this event., or have uploaded your BSA Medical to Camp Doc. Brotherhood & Vigil members!!! If you would like to be considered as a Nimat (Table Guide) for this event, please sign up in this registration.
