Section G9 Conclave 2026

Conclave in the Heartland

Join OA Section G9 for an exciting time at Camp Long Lake in Campbellsport, WI.  Hundreds of Arrowmen will gather for a Best of the Midwest themed Conclave from April 10-12, 2026. Those who attend can expect outstanding training tracks, fun activities, and unique special events.

• Early Bird Registration: $50 early bird fee if paid through Sunday, March 22nd.
• Regular Fee: $55 beginning Monday March 23rd.
• Registration closes on Friday, April 3rd at 11:59pm

We are so excited to bring you information regarding our Section Induction Experience (SIE), being offered exclusively at our 2026 Section Conclave. This is an experience only accessible at the National and Section level in order to train and teach the new Induction Experience which was unanimously approved during the 2026 National Planning Meeting. This experience will be offered to leaders of each lodge in section G9, including each lodge's key team, induction team, and ceremonies team. Lodges are expected to have 12-20 people go through this which includes lodge and induction leadership, ceremonialists, and luminaries.

This is being offered as a program during our Section Conclave, this event is an exclusive pathway requiring arrowmen to re -examine their time in the Order of the Arrow, and undergo the new induction to fully understand the meaning of the new program. Due to this, arrowmen who participate in the Section Induction Experience will still get to see some aspects of Section Conclave, but will be focused on their training from Friday night into Saturday afternoon. Following the conclave, lodges will need to host an event to put on the new induction experience for new members before they can integrate this with their new members.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in signing up to be a part of our Section Induction Experience (SIE) happening at this year's Section Conclave, Conclave In The Heartland!

Please note, all members who take part in the SIE will not be directly partaking in any other activities or trainings at Conclave. Although it takes up a large part of the event, the SIE offers the ability for Arrowmen to undergo the new induction, learn about the process, and become certified to teach it at their own Lodge levels.
