Join us for an unforgettable weekend of volunteering for the Forge On Scouting Adventure! This event provides an incredible opportunity to unite thousands of Scouts and Scouters in a celebration of Adventure, STEM, Target and Range Sports, and more. Come be a part of this amazing experience that will energize our Scouting Community and leave our Scouts with big smiles and wonderful memories!!

Why Volunteer?

Areas to support

• Program: Facilitate an activity or help with vendor management.
• Registration: Welcome participants and manage check-ins.
• Logistics Crew: Help with Parking, set-up, equipment coordination, and food prep
• Camping: Help with marking, checking in, monitoring, and exiting.
• Other: Share how you want to help.

How to Sign Up:

Pre-register here (check out for now with $0 cost) to let us know your interested and to keep you in the loop as we have updates. Later this Spring, we’ll send you an email and ask you to confirm your attendance and cover the cost of $35.

Staff fee $35 includes: Staff shirt, all meals, and our special patch
