Order of the Arrow - Winter Banquet

Winter Banquet will be our first Lodge event of 2026! 

The Winter Banquet will be held on January 3, 2026 at Camp Big Timber, Elgin, IL. At this event, we will be presenting a number of awards, including the Founders' James E. West, Legacy Fellow, and Arrowman of the Year Awards! We will also be presenting our goals, gifts to the past E-Board officers, and revealing the rest of the 2026 event themes! Dinner is included, with the presentation happening after dinner.

Winter Banquet is going to be a great time, and all OA Members are encouraged to attend! The dining hall and facilities for this event will be on the ground floor and can easily be accessed by anyone with mobility concerns. Please note any dietary restrictions with your registration and we will try our best to make any needed accommodations.

Winter Banquet Cost: $30

2026 Polaris Event Pass members who have paid their $100 event fee for 2026 are entitled to attend this event for no additional charge. Please check the Polaris Event Pass button when registering to eliminate your charge. Thanks!

Registration is online only. Payment can be done online with credit card, or offline at either Scout Shop. Please pay promptly! Refund requests need to be submitted to the Lodge advisors for consideration, 2 weeks before the banquet.

If you wish to pay your 2026 dues ($20) &/or purchase the 2026 Polaris Event Patch ($100) which includes Winter Banquet, 2 Fellowships (Spring & Fall), 2 Brotherhood Bashes, Lodge LLD and Special Year Patch, you may do so & can be paid for through your Lodgemaster portal.
