Section G9 Invites You to the 2024 G9 Winter Council of Chiefs

Dates: Saturday, January 27, 2024 - 10am - 4pm

Location: The Kalahari Resort & Convention Center, 1305 Kalahari Drive, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965

Winter Council of Chiefs is an OA Section event held at the Kalahari Resort & Water Park near Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The meeting will be held on Saturday, January 27th, and it will include a brief overview of past and future events at the Section level and higher, as well as some planning for the next Conclave, happening in April of 2024. This year's Conclave is being held at the Sandwich Fairgrounds.

The cost of this event will be $35 for the meeting alone which includes meeting space, supplies and buffet lunch. Walk-ins are not allowed, If attending you must register and pay in this registration ON or BEFORE Sunday, January 7th

You also have several options for those of you who wish to spend the night either Friday &/or Saturday and book a hotel room. Rooms must be booked and paid for in this registration ON or BEFORE Friday, December 15th.

1. You also have an optional additional payment of $65/night for a hotel room (Friday night or Saturday night) to share with up to 3 other people. This includes a waterpark pass.  (NOTE: you may not have all 3 other people in the room, but you will NOT have more than 4 people in a room.) Room assignments are based on gender and age unless you are a family. You may indicate who you would like to room with (age appropriate) when you register. When we assign rooms, if there are open spots for your age category, we will try and partner with a neighbor lodge for logistics.

2. You have an option of reserving an entire room (up to 4 people occupancy) $210/night.  Four waterpark passes come with each overnight room reservation. (Additional waterpark passes are available to purchase directly from the resort.)
