OA: 2022 Spring Fellowship

Event Details

The Order of the Arrow Spring Fellowship will be held on June 3-5, 2022. - Join us for our first Spring Fellowship at Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Rd, Elgin, IL. Spring Fellowship will take place from June 3rd to June 5. We will be conducting Ordeals at this event. This year’s theme is Carnival and we will have themed games and a few surprises! Check back later for more information as we get closer to the event. Spring Fellowship weekend is an opportunity for both newly selected and current members of the Order of the Arrow to conduct service at our camp, share in fellowship, and learn more about what it is to be an Arrowman. It is an opportunity for Arrowmen to gather together and celebrate being a member of our lodge, learn more about how you can serve Scouting and the Order of the Arrow, and have some fun. Spring Weekend Fee is $25.

For newly elected Ordeal CandidatesPlease read the Ordeal Candidate Packet Letter for important information related to joining our Lodge. You must also download, complete and bring the following Forms with you to this event. Form links are listed under Attachments. Cost is $45 and includes the Fellowship Weekend fee, your OA Ordeal sash, patch, OA handbook and your 2022 Lodge Dues)

For current Ordeal Members who wish to seal their Brotherhood: We are NOT planning on doing Brotherhood Conversions at Spring Fellowship. Instead, please register for Brotherhood Conversion at the Brotherhood Bash, which is being held at CBT on August 27th or the Fall Fellowship on September 9-11.

Please note - Lodge Dues must be current in order to participate in the Fellowship weekend. Dues for Ordeal Candidates and Members must be paid in full prior to the event. You may pay your 2022 dues at this time as a convenience. Dues are $20/year. If you paid the special 2022 Polaris Pass Event Fee which includes this event, you may register using this system and there is no cost.

ALL PARTICIPANTS... including adults, youth & guests need to fill out and bring a copy of your signed BSA Health Form parts A&B in order to attend. These need to be collected at check-in. 

For ALL Members!

  • ALL attendees including guests must BRING & TURN IN a copy of signed Medical Health Form parts A&B.
  • Friday Check-in opens at 6pm in the Lodge. Please check in FIRST to get your wrist band, and turn in your health form, before setting up your tent.
  • Sunday Check-out is after breakfast.
  • Bring Class A uniform and sash.
  • The OA trading post will be available! (Bring spending $$$)
  • Bring work clothes for the work projects and outerwear/footwear suitable for the weather.
