Lodge Leadership Development Conference 2021
Lodge Leadership Development is the primary training program for local lodges, providing lodge leadership with the skills needed to plan and run a successful lodge program. The LLD program is designed to equip lodges with the tools to stimulate creative ideas and develop lasting solutions that will enable and enhance growth.
LLD provides personal growth to better your ability to be a leader in your Lodge, Chapter, Unit, & Community. All active, dues paying, arrowman are welcome to attend Lodge Leadership Development. This is a mandatory course for all elected officers for the 2021-2022 term.

- Who: All OA Youth & Adults who desire or are involved in a leadership role in the Order of the Arrow
- Where: Sycamore High School, Sycamore, IL
- When: Saturday, November 13, 2021 – 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
- What to Bring: Pen and paper….Scout Spirit….wear your Scout Uniform, OA Sash
- Registration includes: LLD patch
- Fee: No cost for this training. The lodge will pay your fee.
*** NOTE: When you register, you will need to choose your lunch option. We will provide boxed lunches with a choice of Turkey, Roast Beef or Veggie Sandwich, Chips Fruit and cookie. OR you can opt to bring your own sack lunch.
Complimentary coffee, hot water for tea, and bug juice are provided throughout the day. A Trading Post will be available to purchase: breakfast items, snacks, and soda / water during break times. Bring extra money for this. Due to the coin shortage, most items will be $1 - and will be bundled to add value.
