OA: 2020 Fall Fellowship
The Order of the Arrow Fall Fellowship will be held on September 11-13, 2020. - Join us for FUN & fellowship at Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Rd, Elgin, IL. Fall Fellowship weekend is an opportunity for both newly selected and current members of the Order of the Arrow to conduct service at our camp, share in fellowship, and learn more about what it is to be an Arrowman. It is an opportunity for Arrowmen to gather together and celebrate the past year in the lodge, learn more about how you can serve Scouting and the Order of the Arrow, have some fun, and elect new Lodge and Chapter Officers for next year. Early Bird Member Fellowship Weekend Fee is $20 ($30 after August 30th). Location : Camp Big Timber, 37W955 Big Timber Rd, Elgin, IL.
For newly elected Ordeal Candidates: Please read the Ordeal Candidate Letter and Ordeal Candidate Equipment List for important information related to joining our Lodge. You must also download, complete and bring the following Forms with you to this event. Form links are listed under Attachments. Cost is $60 ($70 after August 30th) and includes the Fellowship Weekend fee, your OA Ordeal sash, patch, OA handbook and your 2020 Lodge Dues)
For current Ordeal Members who wish to seal their Brotherhood: We are NOT planning on doing Brotherhood Conversions at Fall Fellowship. Instead, please register for Brotherhood Conversion at the Brotherhood Bash, which is being held at CBT on August 15th. REGISTER HERE for BROTHERHOOD.
Please note - Lodge Dues must be current in order to participate in the Fellowship weekend. Dues for Ordeal Candidates and Members must be paid in full prior to the event. You may pay your 2020 and/or 2021 dues at this time as a convenience. Dues are $20/year. If you paid the special 2020 Annual Member Fee which includes this event, you may register using this system.
Youth Lodge Officer elections will be held on Sunday morning right after breakfast. Please plan on staying for the elections! Your vote counts!
Due to Covid restrictions, we can not allow walk-ins. Registration closes at Midnight on Wednesday, September 2nd. Everyone will need to have their Medical Form, water bottle, face mask and your completed Covid questionnaire form (sent in an email). ONLY family members may sleep in the same tent. Individual tents for everyone else. PLEASE note that in the event of EXTREME weather conditions we will not be able to comply with the Covid social distancing. Your physical safety will be a priority.
ALL PARTICIPANTS... including guests need to fill out and bring a signed BSA Health Form parts A&B in order to attend.

Because of Covid concerns, we will be requiring the following changes from our normal routine.
- Before you drive up to CBT on Friday, you will be sent a link to a questionnaire regarding health issues.
- You will need to take your temperature before leaving home.
- Those with at risk underlying health concerns should consider not participating- or should have Dr. approval to participate.
