Section C-7 Invites You to the 2020 C-7 Winter Council of Chiefs

Dates: Saturday, January 25th  - 10 AM -5 PM

FEE: The Council of Chiefs Meeting fee will be $30 per person, which includes the meeting space, meeting supplies, and a buffet lunch.

Location: The Winter Council of Chiefs will be held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells beginning on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM in the D/E Rooms of the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center, 1305 Kalahari Drive, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965.

Lodge participants have the option to come for the day meeting or to stay for the weekend & enjoy the water park facilities by making their own overnight resort reservations before Tuesday, December 24, 2019. Please contact Ethan Bax (ethanbax.oa41@gmail.com) if you are planning on staying over. Ethan was able to book a few group youth rooms at the special rate which includes water park passes. We will also be setting up car pools as needed.

The Council of Chiefs Agenda: Section C-7 will gather to explore that which makes our lodges special, embrace ambitious service-oriented goals, and discover the transformative force for good in the world that we share as Arrowmen.  This year’s unique program will include a fair that will showcase each lodge’s best qualities and will be host to trainings led by high-profile guests.

Refund Terms: No refunds after January 13th as the money has been paid to the Winter COC.  If you need to cancel after January 13th, you may, however, transfer your payment to another OA member to take your place.
