Don't miss Three Fires Council's “STEM-a-palooza”! This is an opportunity for Cub Scouts (Wolves, Bears and Webelos Only) to work on and complete a NOVA award in one day!

Time:                  8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Classes start at 9:00 a.m.)

Cost:                   $12 per Cub Scout

 *Spceial Note: the NOVA Award program is not avalaible for Tiger and Lion Scouts.

The Nova Awards are distributed by your advancement chair after completing all the requirements.  Some requirements do not fit within the time allotment and can be easily completed before or after the STEM-A-PALOOZA.  Your instructor will provide directions during their session on completing the award. Pre-requisites are required in order to complete a NOVA Award in 1 day.

We are offering a three-part adult training course. During part one we will introduce leaders to the basics of the NOVA award program. In part two we will go into a more advanced discussion of ways to implement the program in your unit, and in part three we will discuss the role of a unit level STEM Coordinator.
